Kossi Aniya 博士/ 助理研究员
Kossi Aniya博士是多哥洛美大学物理学学士和硕士，并两度获得中国国家留学基金委（CSC）奖学金。他于2015年和2018年在哈尔滨工业大学能源科学与工程学院分别获得动力工程及工程热物理专业硕士和博士学位，并于2018年7月荣获"优秀毕业生"称号。他的研究聚焦于多孔材料和光子晶体的热光辐射特性及其在太阳能器件中的应用。2018至2025年间，他在洛美大学理学院担任兼职助理讲师。2019年10月至2022年9月，他作为卓越博士后加入浙江大学国际联合学院微纳电子学院，致力于石墨烯-硅杂化纳米光子器件及基于二维材料的新一代红外光电探测器和传感器的研发，期间在国际知名SCI期刊发表多篇高影响力论文。2021年，他荣获中国国家自然科学基金委员会"国际优秀青年科学家奖"。2025年4月起，他加入中国科学院长春光学精密机械与物理研究所，担任助理教授，目前主要研究方向包括热光子学、异质集成纳米光子器件和光电子器件。
